Return and Refund Policy

At YULKIT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided that:
- The item is unused and in the same condition as you received it
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Cosmetics and personal care items that have been opened
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
4. Return Shipping
Within Qatar:
- For defective or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs
- For change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
International Returns:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will send you an email confirmation of receipt
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (please provide your bank details)
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the replacement item
- We will process your refund once we receive the returned item
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide photos of the damaged or defective item
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs
- You will not be charged for return shipping
8. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost
- Return shipping for the incorrect item will be covered by us
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take additional time)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at yulkitqatar@gmail.com
10. Cancellations
Before Shipment:
- You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately
- Full refund will be issued to your original payment method
After Shipment:
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled
- You may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process once received
