Shipping Policy

At YULKIT, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. We offer fast delivery across Qatar and international shipping to select locations.
1. Delivery Timeframes
Within Qatar (Doha and surrounding areas):
- Standard Delivery: 24-48 hours from order confirmation
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day
- Delivery times exclude Fridays and public holidays
Remote Areas in Qatar:
- Delivery may take 2-4 business days
- Additional delivery charges may apply
International Shipping:
- GCC Countries: 5-7 business days
- Other International: 7-14 business days
- Customs clearance may cause additional delays
2. Shipping Costs
Within Qatar:
- Free shipping on orders over QAR 200
- Standard shipping fee: QAR 15 for orders under QAR 200
- Remote areas: Additional QAR 10-25 depending on location
International Shipping:
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Qatar time
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days
4. Delivery Methods
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Available for orders within Qatar
- Payment must be made in Qatari Riyals (QAR) upon delivery
- Please have exact change ready when possible
- COD fee: QAR 10 per order
Standard Delivery:
- Available for prepaid orders
- Courier will attempt delivery during business hours
- Signature may be required upon delivery
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email
- Track your order status in real-time using the tracking link provided

6. Delivery Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate
- Include building number, floor, apartment/office number, and any special instructions
- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information
- Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed:
- The courier will attempt to contact you by phone
- A second delivery attempt will be made the next business day
- After 2 failed attempts, the package will be held for 3 days for pickup or rescheduling
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund will be issued minus shipping costs
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Packages:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- If the package appears damaged, note it with the courier and contact us immediately
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
Lost Packages:
- If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours
- We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue
- A replacement or refund will be provided if the package cannot be located
9. Public Holidays and Peak Seasons
- Delivery times may be extended during public holidays, Ramadan, and peak shopping seasons
- We will notify you of any expected delays via email
- Our warehouse is closed on Fridays and Qatar public holidays
10. Order Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain items
- Some products may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination
- Restricted items will be clearly marked on the product page
